Lss Artifacts is a skill published by agensi that generates project-ready Lean Six Sigma deliverables across the full DMAIC and DFSS spectrum. Rather than providing generic guidance, it produces actual artifacts intended for direct use in project execution and leadership review.
On the quantitative side, the skill builds Excel workbooks for Gage R&R studies, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Capability calculations (Cp/Cpk), and OEE Calculators.
