Cold Outreach Personalizer is a skill published by agensi that converts pasted prospect text—LinkedIn bios, website About pages, and company descriptions—into outreach messages tailored for technical decision-makers. It is aimed at developers, agency owners, and SaaS founders who send cold outreach to technical buyers.

The skill analyzes input text to identify what the documentation calls “pain signals”: indicators such as outdated tech stacks, scaling bottlenecks, or manual processes. It then connects those signals to the sender’s specific offering using a Hook-Bridge-Value-CTA structure designed to enforce word count limits and remove corporate filler language.

Output covers three platforms. For LinkedIn DMs, messages are kept brief with conversational hooks. For cold email, the skill produces a primary message, an alternate A/B variant, and multiple subject line options with structured value propositions. For Twitter/X DMs, it generates shorter, curiosity-driven copy.

Because no tools are exposed and no environment variables are required, the skill operates purely as a prompt-driven text transformation. It does not connect to LinkedIn, email APIs, or any external service—it only processes text the user pastes in. It is the wrong choice when automation of actual message delivery is needed, or when the target channel is something other than LinkedIn DMs, cold email, or Twitter/X.

Use cases

  • Generate a personalized LinkedIn DM from a prospect's LinkedIn bio before a connection request
  • Produce a cold email with subject line variants from a company's About page copy
  • Create a Twitter/X DM for a short-form outreach campaign targeting technical founders
  • Run A/B tests on outreach copy by using the primary and alternate message variants
  • Identify pain signals in a prospect's public profile text to anchor a value proposition
  • Rewrite generic AI-drafted outreach into structured Hook-Bridge-Value-CTA format

When to use it

  • Reaching technical decision-makers via LinkedIn DM, cold email, or Twitter/X DM
  • When prospect information is available as pasteable text from a LinkedIn bio or website
  • When an A/B variant and subject line options are needed alongside the primary message
  • When the sender wants to avoid generic filler language in outreach copy

When not to use it

  • When automated sending or CRM integration is required—this skill does not connect to any messaging or email API
  • When the outreach channel is outside LinkedIn DMs, cold email, or Twitter/X
  • When prospect data comes from a structured database or API rather than pasteable text
  • When the target audience is non-technical or consumer-facing rather than technical decision-makers
